Credit Card Expiry ManagementCentreBill stores the details of credit cards where the customer has approved such storage. This
includes the credit card expiry date.
A report is generated which advises customers that the date held on record in CentreBill has expired and requests the customer to supply the provider with new expiry date
details.
The screen below shows the list of Active customers on record whose credit cards have expired.
The Email All button will send an email to all customers on the list. The text contained in the email
will be determined by what is entered during the Company Setup process as shown below:
