offers a wide range of functions for the company staff in charge of administration. CentreBill is the ideal system to use for full debtors control.
CentreBill raises charges based on the services and usage of those
services assigned to customers. Furthermore, comprehensive ad-hoc charging is included.
CentreBill covers the following scenarios:
- Automatically raising charges against pre-assigned services
- Raising charges for excess utilisation for data or voice records
- Posting charges to invoices
- Manually raising charges for ad-hoc billing purposes and:
- placing the charges raised on hold awaiting approval for billing (ideal for contention charges or for pre-billing against agreed project milestones)
- marking charges available for being posted to the invoice at the next invoice run, thereby ensuring consolidated invoicing to the customer
- posting charges immediately to new manual invoices for immediate delivery
- allowing editing of any Uninvoiced charge at any time before it is posted to an invoice

- All charges are assigned GL codes thus forming the detailed records of rolled-up export files to the accounting system

The Billing Wizard in CentreBill intuitively guides the Administrator through the process of billing, ending with an exeption report which allows the Administrator to focus energy and time on outstanding debtors only.
The extremely robust and tight GL (General Ledger) interface conforms to GAAP requirements and includes:
- amortization of income in advance for payments longer than an accounting period
- recording and managing ledger transactions for uninvoiced charges as they become invoiced
- provides detailed rolled-up GL summary reports for export to an accounting system over pre-defined periods
- fully manages rebates, refunds, sales credits, bad debt, cancelled payments and returned payments (bounced cheques)
