Detailed Description

User Management in CentreBill

Once the Access Levels have been defined, Users may then be added to the system. The following facilities are configurable for each user added:

  • Username – this is the name with which the user will log into the system
     
  • Password – this is the password which the user will use when logging into the system
     
  • Verify Password – as the passwords are encrypted and thus hidden, it is important that the passwords are verified prior to saving them in the system
     
  • Full Name – the name of the userPosition – the position (or title) of the user within the company
     
  • Email Address – the user's email address
     
  • Access Level – this is a drop down list showing predefined Access Levels as configured in the previous section. Only predefined access levels may be assigned against a user
     
  • Live – this is a checkbox which enables the user. When the user no longer has permission to use the system, then the Live status may be changed or the user may be Deleted fromthe system altogether
