Notes ManagementNotes are recorded into CentreBill for all correspondence sent to the customer
by the system. Furthermore, any changes made online by the customer are recorded in the notes section.
Viewing saved Notes
Notes are displayed in the top left window of the Contact View screen. A
full list of notes is displayed with the date and time the note was recorded, together with a short description.
Clicking on a note in the notes list will display the full content of the recorded note, together
with the name, date and time and creator of the note. The creator is the person (or system) that recorded the note. If the customer had made online changes to his record, then these changes will be recorded along with
the customer's user name in the Create field. The notes are saved is a text based format only.
Adding a New Note
Once recorded, a note cannot be edited. This is to prevent changing the record after the facts.
However, a new note can be added as shown below.
