Detailed Description

Service Logs

For each of the services configured, and assuming the service has detailed IP accounting, data or voice call logs associated with the service which is being captured for billing purposes, CentreBill will display the logs against the service.



For a data service, the screen above shows:
  • IP Address of source data
  • Port number
  • Start date and time of log
  • End date and time of log
  • Duration of session
  • Traffic (in bytes) during session
  • UsersStatus of log (Processed – waiting to be invoiced, or Invoiced)

A summary is displayed showing:

  • Total Time (Minutes)
  • Total Time (Hours)
  • Total Data (KB)Total Data (MB)
  • Max Users

The user may also:

  • Determine the date range to view the logs
  • Reload the log details table
  • View the log details in a PDF report
  • Print the log details report

In the event it was a voice service being monitored, the log details would include:

  • Source Phone Number
  • Recipient Phone Number
  • Date of Call
  • Time of Call
  • Duration of Call
  • Type of Call (Local, National, International)
  • Amount Charged
  • Status of log (Processed – waiting to be invoiced, or Invoiced)
