CentreBill has a strong customer management module. Customers are people or companies that interact with the provider of the services.
A customer may also be regarded as an account in CentreBill. CentreBill does
not specifically use the term "account", but rather refers to people or businesses who interact with the company as customers (if they purchase one or more services from the company) or contacts (if they have
been entered for information purposes only).
A customer may have one or more services (of any type) allocated to the customer. Alternatively, a customer may simply be a person of interest within an organization, in
which case they will be treated as though a contact only. Furthermore, customers without services may also be stored in the system for use as part of the overall contact management capabilities of CentreBill.
