List Active Services Assigned to Customers

The Services feature in CentreBill in particularly useful for filtering and listing Active services assigned to customers. 

The screen below shows a filtered list.

This filtered list may then be printed. For each unique Service Item, a full list of the instances of that service is displayed together with the attributes and their values. This enables the user to quickly ascertain the characteristics of the service.

Specifically, the following are presented for each Service Item: 
  • Service Name in sub groups

  • Customer & Contact Name for every instance of the Service Item

  • Service Reference ID

  • Charge Cycle (monthly, quarterly, annually)

  • Cost of the service – what it is being sold for

  • Contract Start Date – the date which the service became active

  • Contract Length – as signed by the customer

  • Contract Expiry Date – when the contract is due to expire
